Questions

Do you ship outside Japan?
No. Everything we sell is food, much of it frozen, so we ship only to addresses in Japan. We also cannot ship to parcel-forwarding services.
Can I use a credit card issued outside Japan?
Cards are processed by our Japanese payment provider; most major cards work. If a card is declined, Amazon Pay (with an Amazon.co.jp account) or cash on delivery are the simplest alternatives.
Can you deliver to my hotel?
Yes, if the hotel agrees to receive a cool parcel for a guest — please check with the front desk first and write the hotel name, your name and your check-in dates in the delivery address. Remember the earliest delivery date is 5 business days after ordering (6 for distant areas).
How do I eat frozen blueberries?
Straight from the freezer like a sorbet, on yogurt or cereal, in smoothies, or in baking — they go into muffins and pancakes frozen. Keep them at −18 °C; they keep for a year.
When are fresh blueberries available?
Harvest runs from late June to early August. Pre-orders open in spring; fresh berries are shipped chilled the morning they are picked, so a delivery date cannot be chosen.
Can I visit the farm?
Blueberry picking is open in July and August in Suzaka, Nagano (about 30 minutes by car from Nagano city). Details are on our farm website: morinohatake.co.jp/en/.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Yes. After delivery, members can download a receipt (電子領収書) from their My Page; guests can ask us through the contact form with the order number and the name to put on the receipt.
